SHOP POLICIES

Everything in the shop is made by hand and is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. I will be happy to replace any defective products. Wear and tear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee. Some items are created for everyday use and some need more special handling. Please see the item description to make sure that the item you are purchasing will meet your needs. In other words, if I've created a quilt with the intention that it will be hung on a wall, you may certainly use it on a bed or wherever you would like, but with the understanding that the materials used may not be able to withstand daily handling or rough treatment in the way that an item created for that use would be.

Items are shipped from Berkeley, CA by USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of ordering. As soon as the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. I make every effort to represent products sold in the shop accurately, but want to make sure that you love your purchase as much as I do! I will gladly accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To return an order, please contact me at staceysharmastudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply. Products that are ineligible for return include: - Custom items - Sale items - Digital downloads Please make sure to package your return items appropriately as they are your responsibility until they reach me. Only products purchased through the Studio Collection shop may be returned. Products purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original seller.
